Xiangming Machinery is proud to announce a key technical upgrade for our fully automatic all-in-one Woven Bag Machine. We’ve upgraded the ultrasonic cutting system to four sets of ultrasonic knives, allowing for free switching between different bag sizes—no parts replacement, no complicated manual adjustments required.

Moving from the original single or double knife design to a four-knife configuration, the machine can quickly switch between various widths and lengths of Pp Woven Sacks, laminated bags, and mineral wool sacks. The ultrasonic cutting ensures clean, smooth seals and edges, no loose threads, and consistent finished products every time.

This upgrade significantly boosts production flexibility. For factories handling multiple bag specifications, there’s no need to invest in multiple machines or spend hours adjusting settings for different orders. One all-in-one machine covers all sizes, saving workshop space and reducing equipment costs.
